With the turn of a new century ahead, the concept of modernization has led Egyscom to strive in it's efforts to provide it's clients with the most efficient and up to par services that match international standards. Egyscom is the result of a merger between two private companies working in the field of TVRO, MATV and Consumer Electronics.

Operations

The company is divided into different departments. Clearance, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Accounting and Customer Services. Each of the department is appropriately equipped with a data base system, that updates and inputs together to ensure that the day to day operation runs on schedule.

Importation

Our importation service which is rendered by our clearance & logistic departments, is in charge of executing all the importation requisite. All clearance procedures are performed with utmost efficiency. Once the products are released from customs, they are transported to one of our warehouses either in Cairo, Alexandria or Sharm El Sheikh (South Sinai).

Distribution

Our distribution network is active across the nation, and sees that the products reach our clients on the designated time frames and in the best conditions. Parallel to our distribution, our sales & marketing teams, focus on supporting our brands with the necessary promotional activities, creating awareness and brand loyalty for our products.

After Sales Service

Our company sales policy is accompanied with a one year guarantee, allowing users to request our services in all areas related to the maintenance, repairs and installations of the equipment. Our trained technicians, are on alert 24 hours a day, to provide any assistance in the usage of the equipment to end users, as well as to re-sellers who do not have their own team of technicians.

Consultancy

Our consultancy activities is the handling of special projects for international firms venturing into governmental programs, as well as with foreign entities established in Egypt.

Contracting

Our contracting activity is the handling of certain projects in need of assistance and technical resources not available at the re-seller, in addition to maintaining a well experienced team of engineers, technicians & installers.
